People should make their own fund

Days of accountability for the urban staffs, on the occasion of the end of the Recovery Fund at the end of the month. The New Democracy government is provoking the people, advertising the "cosmogony" of the tens of billions that the business groups "pocketed", the "records" of investments and profits that they wrote, the "great projects" in the service of capital, the "growth dividend" that the popular strata supposedly received. The convenient opposition, the rotten social democracy (PASOK, Tsipras, etc.) and the rest defend the big businessmen and groups who consider themselves "thrown" into the division, they talk about the "great missed opportunity for the country to take off in terms of development (...) to radically and fundamentally change its production model (...)", something that "would require another government (...) a vision of change for the country, a government with a real national plan".

They all try to hide that  a "national" plan (i.e. "for everyone") in a class society does not exist. This is also proven by the Recovery Fund . The funds had predetermined goals and recipients from day one, and the account as well. The tax squeeze of the EU people was directed at financing the strategic choices of capital, at shielding against the possibility of a new capitalist economic crisis and at burdening the people with the consequences of the previous one, at supporting the European monopolies to overcome their difficulties in competing with the American and Chinese monopolies and today in war preparations.

All of this had and still has the prerequisite of crushing the people, and for this the "other half" of the loans and debts that are loaded on their backs, were the dozens of anti-popular prerequisites that were implemented in order to disburse the Recovery Fund funds and which were voted in favor by the vast majority of the social democratic parties, PASOK, SYRIZA, those who make up the Tsipras party, the "former SYRIZA cabinet" which constitutes - what is left of - NEAR, etc. A real "Memorandum of Memoranda", for the creation of a "friendly investment environment", and greater competitiveness of capital, with increased exploitation, greater commercialization of social needs for Health, Education, hitting the self-employed and poor farmers. The "dividend" of capitalist development for the popular classes was the 13-hour workday and the surge in flexibility, paid surgeries and the generalization of partnerships and concessions to individuals, the predatory implicit taxation for the self-employed and all the rest...

This discussion does not concern the past, but "looks" ahead, to the next day that the bourgeois leadership itself describes as an era of "continuous crises", wars for the division of the spoils, new impasses brought about by the capitalist mode of production.

Within this framework, the programs presented for "Greece 2030", the "National Development Programs" presented by the government, the "national reconstruction plans" of social democracy have a common component and commitments, they look like two drops of water, because they serve the same goals: The upgrading of the bourgeoisie and its interests, the shielding of capitalist profitability, the participation in the sharing of the spoils of wars and the "jar" of the war economy.

They have for data:

• The  intensity of exploitation,  which lies behind the discussion about "increasing productivity", utilizing both new technologies (TN) and the "social agreements" of employers and workers for stagnant wages and crushed rights, which ND - Tsipras' party - PASOK and the rest of the dirty social democracy are implementing together within the labor movement.
• The  wild taxation and the "fiscal limits"  for the people's needs, at the same time that war spending, "incentives" and tax exemptions for business groups are increasing. At a time when the government is constitutionalizing these days the "fiscal limits" by highlighting their strategic character for the bourgeois state, while the other parties include them in their "costed" programs.
• The European Union "normality"  of continuous anti-popular upheavals, repression and war.
• The  greater involvement in imperialist plans,  the commitments that the people will constantly bleed for the imperialists' wars, giving 5% for NATO's "needs", tens of billions for the EU's war funds, everything that the government is running and the convenient opposition accuses it of delaying.

All that determines the interests of capital, constitute the "rails" on which any next anti-popular government will move, constitute the anti-popular "stability" that the government talks about, and delimit the deception of the "political change" that the convenient opposition talks about.

In these projects of capital, they try to enlist the people, with "scarecrows" of instability and false expectations.

They "cook before they starve," because they know that the most difficult things are ahead, because they are preparing a new, more barbaric round of anti-popular attack. They know that the people have the power to exploit their difficulties and instability, to challenge them, to counterattack for their own needs.

They fear "cracks" that their contradictions and impasses could open, they want to incorporate the popular discontent that their politics generate, to restore trust in bourgeois institutions and their political system, so that the discontent does not become a total questioning of the rotten capitalist system, so that it does not meet with the struggle for its overthrow.

For these purposes they once again employ their worn-out, bankrupt myths. They say:

• That  "what is required is to produce more wealth and distribute it more fairly" , that for this reason new investments must be the priority. They hide that workers are already producing untold wealth that is being reaped by a handful of parasitic capitalists, that the prerequisite for capitalist profitability is the depth and intensity of exploitation by all means and in all ways. This "equation" is in the very DNA of capitalism and no "fairer" distribution can address it. In order for capital to gain, workers must lose more and more.
• That  "a new productive model is needed" , "without asymmetries and inequalities", "free from the pathologies of the past". However, they do not say that the "productive model" in capitalism is determined by the pursuit of profit, the iron laws of the capitalist system, and that is why there has never been and will never be "balanced", let alone pro-people development. Everything that the people are experiencing today is not an "aberration" but the capitalist system itself.
• That  "convergence with the EU is the only way out" , that "by 2030 Greece's position in the EU will be judged" or that on the contrary the "government is deviating" from it. But they do not say that European "normality" also means new crises that workers pay for, as with the hundreds of thousands of layoffs of this period in automobile industries, pharmaceutical industries and elsewhere, it means cuts for the capitalists' wars, it means the people's needs in the "cost-benefit" cutter, it means the "rule of law" of dossiers, repression and "legal" surveillance.
• That  "the problem is corruption and our own people" ,  either when the government shows the "Batakhtsis" as the "culprits" of all the ills, targeting social groups to intensify its attack, or when the convenient opposition shows the "tree" of corruption and scandals to hide the scandal of scandals, which is none other than the "forest" of the profit system in which all the "flowers" grow.

In the face of all of these, the people need to make their own "fund", to look ahead, utilizing their experience: Again and again the myths of "capitalist development for all" are collapsing. Again and again it is confirmed that whatever they were able to gain, they were able to gain only through their own struggle, with the communists at the forefront. Not from the plans of the capitalists and their parties, but only with their own plan for their own needs, in conflict with their goals, in conflict with the "sacred and sacred" of capitalist profitability, of European Union "normality", of the "given" "budget surpluses", of NATO and other commitments of war involvement.

This  victorious plan for the working class and the entire people exists and is what the KKE is fighting for and proves that the workers, the people can free themselves from the yoke of profit, of imperialist unions and alliances . To build their own power and society, socialism, where their own needs will be at the center and not the profits of a handful of exploiters. They constitute the real way out of the current gloom of the system of wars and exploitation.

This perspective is what  defines today, which can make the people more combative, gain confidence in their strength, that they can win, and that is why today it must become a "topic of discussion", become the focus of conversation  with many more people. With all those who the communists  are fighting these days  for health and safety measures in the workplace, for Collective Agreements, for support measures from the press and against war involvement, so that "we will not pay for the profits and wars of the capitalists" can be heard loudly at the TIF public rally.

Because today and  every day the answer to the real dilemma for the people is being judged: Whether the capitalists will feel "stable" to implement their anti-popular policy with stronger governments and their parties, or whether with a stronger KKE, the organization, the questioning, the obstacles they find in their path will strengthen everywhere , whether in the daily confrontation with the governments, their parties, the employers, the current of questioning and overthrow will strengthen, so that the people can turn things upside down.
