The city of Nazareth hosted a massive May Day demonstration, at the invitation of the Communist Party of Israel and Hadash. Thousands of participants stretched along the main central street of the historic city. The march featured a large presence of young generations, hundreds of communist youth, with orchestras and flag bearers.

After a long march a rally was held in Al-Ain Square. In his speech, Adel Amar, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Israel, extended a militant and workers' greeting to all workers in the country, Arabs and Jews, and especially to the Palestinian working class in the occupied West Bank, which is subjected to ethnic cleansing at the hands of settler terrorism and with the complicity of the occupation army. He also extended a special and profound greeting to the people and workers of Gaza, who are standing firm in the face of an unprecedented war of genocide in modern history.

Amer stressed, in an analysis of the situation three years after the war and the spread of fascism in Israeli society, that the danger of renewed war still looms due to the failure to achieve its objectives, emphasizing that we are living through a crucial and fateful stage at the regional and global levels, and saluting the party and front cadres who opposed this criminal war from its first day.
