NCP of Yugoslavia calls for the resignation of Minister Đurić
The New Communist Party of Yugoslavia (NKPJ) and the League of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia (SKOJ) express their disgust and sharp protest regarding the visit of Serbia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marko Đurić, who paid an official and friendly visit to Israel on April 28, 2026.
Considering the war crimes, suffering, and devastation inflicted upon innocent civilians in Palestine, Lebanon, Iran, and other countries by the current Zionist regime in Israel, this fact alone is sufficient to condemn the minister as someone who is causing great harm to Serbia, and accordingly to demand his immediate resignation.
During the visit, Minister Đurić met with Israel’s Foreign Minister as well as with the Prime Minister, the abhorrent war criminal responsible for genocide and arguably the most hated international leader, Benjamin Netanyahu. On that occasion, discussions were held on cooperation at various levels, primarily in the field of security—translated in practice as the continuation of arms exports to Israel, the continued arming of a criminal machinery that fires bullets at children and innocent civilians marked “Made in Serbia,” as well as the production of drones intended primarily for the service of Israel and the United States.
This entire situation should deeply concern the citizens of Serbia. Israel will, sooner or later, be held accountable for the monstrous crimes it has committed, and along with it, all accomplices in those crimes will be held responsible. In the name of the state and the people of Serbia, a handful of war profiteers and criminals close to the regime of Aleksandar Vučić are amassing enormous wealth through arms exports to Israel, while the people of Serbia gain nothing from this trade and will unjustly bear only moral and legal responsibility.
Unlike our socialist homeland Yugoslavia, which in 1967 severed all diplomatic relations with Israel and never restored them, the authorities in Serbia today stand on the wrong side of history. The Serbian authorities, particularly in the example of cooperation with Israel, in no way reflect the freedom-loving, justice-oriented, and solidaristic traditions of our people. That the current authorities are on the wrong side of history is not new in Serbia—such examples have been rare, but they have existed. In our past, the quisling government of Milan Nedić stands as the clearest example. That government blindly followed orders from Berlin and inflicted great moral damage upon the Serbian people by sending individuals to concentration camps simply because they were Jews, Roma, patriots, or communists.
Just as then, so today, the majority of the people of Serbia are repulsed by the policies pursued by the authorities regarding relations with the Zionist regime in Israel. They reject any welcome for Zionists in Serbia and stand in solidarity with the suffering and hardship of innocent civilians who are being terrorized and whose very existence is being threatened with erasure in Palestine and beyond. Much like the way the quisling authorities in Priština, with the support of Western imperialism, attempt to do to the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija.
“Never again” is now. Therefore, Serbia must urgently turn a new page in its relations toward what is today the greatest terrorist force.
We demand immediately:
- the termination of all “business and defense” cooperation with Israel
- the suspension of arms exports to Israel
- the resignation of Minister Marko Đurić
Zionists are never welcome!
Freedom for Palestine!
