TUDEH Party of Iran condemned the Israeli attacks on Lebanon, saying that the attacks aim to undermine the temporary ceasefire and to continue the war to destroy Iran.

Tudeh Party of Iran has made a statement regarding Israel's criminal attacks on Lebanon, aiming to undermine the temporary ceasefire and to continue the war to destroy Iran:
"The criminal attacks by Netanyahu’s government against Lebanon, following the announcement of a ceasefire between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, clearly aimed at disrupting the peace negotiations process in the region, have triggered a wide wave of international condemnation.
According to world news agencies and statements by Israeli military spokespersons, Israel carried out 100 airstrikes on Lebanon last night, resulting in the death of more than 250 people and leaving around 1,200 injured."
"The Netanyahu government, which international organizations have condemned for committing crimes and genocide, aims to establish Israel as the "regional superpower" and poses the greatest threat to peace and tranquility in the Middle East and the world. The policy of the Netanyahu government is to continue the war and destruction and to expand its scope to Iran, to destroy our homeland and implement the policy of regime change, and to bring puppets like Reza Pahlavi to power.
The Tudeh Party of Iran, while reiterating that the declaration of a ceasefire can be a step toward achieving lasting peace, believes that every effort must be made to resist the malicious plans of the Netanyahu government to sabotage the ceasefire and drag Iran and the United States into a large-scale and devastating war. Our homeland has already endured significant human and material losses during close to forty days of continuous bombardment by U.S. imperialism and the Israeli government, the continuation of which would be a major catastrophe for the country’s future."
