While a de facto state of emergency continues in the capital city of Turkey due to the upcoming NATO summit, the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) marched to Kızılay Square, centre of Ankara, with the slogan “Down with imperialism, down with NATO!”
The Evros Organizations of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) and the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE) organized a rally and march in Alexandroupoli to protest against the presence and activities of fascist groups in the city centre.
Including members of the Workers Party of Ireland, thousands of people gathered on June 13, at an anti-racism protest in Belfast, after violence erupted across the city this week, after people's homes, businesses and vehicles were targeted by racists.

The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) organized a large solidarity rally in Peristeri, Athens, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Fidel Castro under the slogan “We strengthen solidarity with Cuba. For a world without wars and exploitation, socialism.” The event drew workers, youth, and political activists who demanded an end to the U.S. blockade of Cuba, the removal of Cuba from the U.S. list of “state sponsors of terrorism,” and stronger international support for the Cuban people.
The Communist Party of the Workers of Spain (PCTE) has strongly criticized the new governing agreement between the People's Party (PP) and Vox in the autonomous community of Castile and León, describing it as a program designed to deepen the exploitation of the working class while presenting itself under the banners of "freedom" and "rural development." According to the party, the agreement serves the interests of the bourgeoisie and seeks to strengthen capitalist policies at the expense of workers' rights and public services.
