The Tudeh Party of Iran issued a statement, assessing the political situation following the news that Iran and the US have reached the framework of an agreement to end recent military hostilities. While welcoming the apparent de-escalation, the party argues that Iran remains in a condition of profound political uncertainty, characterized by what it describes as a state of “political limbo” in which neither lasting peace, meaningful reform, nor regime collapse appears imminent.

The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) organized a large solidarity rally in Peristeri, Athens, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Fidel Castro under the slogan “We strengthen solidarity with Cuba. For a world without wars and exploitation, socialism.” The event drew workers, youth, and political activists who demanded an end to the U.S. blockade of Cuba, the removal of Cuba from the U.S. list of “state sponsors of terrorism,” and stronger international support for the Cuban people.

Communist Party of Turkey (TKP) General Secretary Kemal Okuyan has said that Turkey's current political crisis is the result of a long-term erosion of republican principles rather than a recent development.
